Chapel Talk, 2010 November 19 / Tad Roach

Headmaster Tad Roach addresses the School community before Thanksgiving break with this talk. In discussing three student essays, Tad defines these examples as writing that "captures the excitement and transformation of authentic learning." He concludes: "Tonight we give thanks for the art, the spirit of education that asserts a democratic, civic and noble purpose on our high school and college campuses across the country and the world. At our best, our campuses signal hope, creativity and commitment to the needs of the world."
