This issue opens with a letter from history teacher Emily Pressman, reflecting on the Winter Play which she directs. It includes photos of many winter events: the Semi-Formal Dance, the all-school trip to Washington D.C. and the Polar Bear Plunge. We go "Into the Classroom" with English 1, Problem Solving in Geometry & Algebra 2, and Drawing. In athletic news, boys and girls swimming compete in the DISCs, Claire Miller '18 and Tina Taylor '18 do the CRASH-Bs, and the indoor track team runs into Vice President Joe Biden at a meet. The newest afternoon activity is martial arts.
